OUR CLASSROOM - LEARNING CENTRE
Our Main Learning Centre at Birkirkara, is approved by the Directorate of Education in Malta and regularly attracts students from all over the island. Our teachers are International Recognised Wilton Certified Instructors. Our courses offer a wide variety of cake decoration skills and techniques, providing courses for beginners, enthusiasts and the professional cake decorator.
Our classroom is equipped with AC environment, stainless steel working tables and ensures that students have plenty of comfortable working space in a bright open plan environment. We also teach at CakeCraft Shop in Mellieha for students located in the far North of the island.

a little about me
my name is Maryann. I am a mother, cake decorator and instructor. I love gardening and I love riding horses, which gives me the spirit of freedom. I love the smell of roses and the sound of sea caressing the shores.. I’m in love with the simplest things that surrounds me. I love simplicity. At the same time, I am a dreamer, but the love of my two dogs keeps me Earth bound. I’m glad you’re here!
